The TT IFAK Pouch Dual VL can be attached under a plate carrier using a connector made of a hook-and-loop Tegris® panel. The connector is reversible and removable. The individually equipable panel can be pulled out to both sides.

The pouch can also be used as a waist bag; the waist belt is included.
