The Helikon-Tex UTS Shorts 11 are the longer version within the Urban Tactical Shorts family. With an inseam of approximately 11 inches, they offer more thigh coverage and therefore look more like classic Bermuda shorts – without sacrificing the body-hugging organization typical of the UTS line. This version in Coyote is a warm earth tone that fits particularly well in outdoor, travel, and work situations. Coyote harmonizes with brown, beige, olive, and gray tones and is a good alternative if black or green are too dark for you.
Robust stretch ripstop for warm days
According to Helikon-Tex, the UTS 11 made of PolyCotton Stretch Ripstop combines 50% polyester, 48% cotton, and 2% elastane. The material combines the durability of a blended fabric with some elasticity. The ripstop grid structure reinforces the fabric, while the low elastane content makes movements less restrictive when walking, kneeling, or working.
The model designation "11" stands for the longer version; Helikon-Tex specifies an inseam of 11 inches. As a result, the shorts cover more of the thigh than the UTS 8.5 and are well-suited for users who prefer a classic Bermuda length.
