Items marked "ready for immediate dispatch" are in stock and are generally shipped on the same business day.
For items not in stock, you can find the estimated delivery time directly on the respective product page, e.g., "available in X–Y business days". In this case, we order the item from the manufacturer and ship your order as soon as the goods have arrived at our warehouse.
If your order contains multiple items with different delivery times, the shipping date is generally based on the item with the longest delivery time. Should a delay occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Yes. You can return your order within 30 days. Simply register your return via our “Returns & Refunds” page. There you will find all information regarding the process, return shipping costs, the optional return label for Germany and Austria, as well as the return conditions.
Don't worry. If GLS shows your package as delivered, please first check the shipment tracking and the delivery information provided there.
If you have given GLS a drop-off authorization, the package may have been left at the agreed location. Please therefore check the specified drop-off location carefully.
If no drop-off authorization is in place, the shipment may have been left with a neighbor. You can often find further information about the delivery in the GLS shipment tracking. In particular, check the specified recipient or name in the delivery confirmation.
If delivery was not possible, your package may also have been left at a GLS ParcelShop for collection. You will also usually find this information in the tracking.
Still can't find your package?
Then please contact our customer service. If the shipment has indeed been lost or stolen, we can initiate an investigation with GLS. The packages we send are insured – we will work with the shipping service provider to handle the further processing.
If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact our customer service team before returning it. We will review the case and explain the next steps to you. Please do not return the item without prior consultation.
