DESCRIPTION
The MK2 Mid from LOWA's Zephyr series is the perfect choice for all emergency services and special forces who prefer a robust, reliable, yet lightweight tactical boot. The raised MID-CUT shaft provides the necessary support for fast-roping without restricting freedom of movement. The upper materials used consist of a combination of water-repellent and tear-resistant velour leather and abrasion-resistant and breathable CORDURA® material. An innovative clamping hook allows for individual adjustment in the forefoot and ankle area. The waterproof and highly breathable GORE-TEX Extended Comfort Footwear laminate is ideal for use in moderate and rather humid environments. The 2-layer PU midsole with MONOWRAP® frame surrounds and supports the foot like an exoskeleton.
The ZEPHYR MK2 GTX MID is certified as occupational footwear according to EN ISO 20347:2012, is antistatic, and has a cold and heat insulating sole complex. The outsole is not only very slip-resistant but also resistant to oil, gasoline, and contact heat.
