How to measure yourself?
1. Chest circumference
Measure your chest at the widest point, holding the tape horizontally.
2. Waist circumference
Measure your waist without holding too tightly or too loosely.
3. Hip circumference
Measure the circumference at the widest point of your hips without holding too tightly or too loosely.
4. Inseam length
Measure the inside of the leg in a straight line, measuring from the crotch to the ankle.
5. Height
Measure your height standing against a wall in a natural, upright position.

The Trekker Outback Gloves from Helikon-Tex are comfortable gloves designed for physical activities in the autumn and winter seasons. They protect hands from cold without restricting freedom of movement or grip. They are ideal for Nordic walking, cycling, and hiking.
The gloves are made from recycled polyester with a percentage of elastane – this ensures good warmth and a good fit. The sealing cuff with an elastic band prevents the ingress of moisture and cold air. The sewn-in buckle loop makes it easier to put on the gloves and allows them to be hung on a hiking backpack.
The inside of the gloves is covered with an anti-skid texture, which improves grip even in harsh weather conditions.
