DESCRIPTION
The Cougar® is an urban (softshell) garment. The material used protects against wind and light rain. Integrated into the collar is a stowable hood, which is easily adjustable via drawstrings. The jacket has three hidden ID panels, suitable for law enforcement officers: two smaller ones at the front and a larger one at the back. Two blank ID fields with hook-and-loop fasteners are included, allowing the user to embroider or print suitable identification on them. Chest pockets have small organizers and D-rings for lanyards, while upper arm pockets have wiring eyelets. There is a fairly large internal hook-and-loop pocket on the lower left.
The Quick Side Access ™ system (QSA ™) allows easy access to tactical items attached to the belt. Thanks to the ergonomic QSA ™ features, the user gains access to their belt or holster in a fluid motion, shortening reaction time in a life-threatening emergency situation.
