DESCRIPTION
The Wolfhound Hoodie Lite is a lightweight, insulated hooded jacket designed for active use and variable weather in spring, summer evenings, and autumn. As a Level 3 layer, it provides reliable warmth without added bulk – wear it alone as a transitional jacket or as a mid-layer, for example, under a softshell. The insulation consists of a 40 g/m² synthetic fill: lightweight, efficient, clump-free, and high-performing even with intensive use. The outer Windpack nylon fabric dries quickly and effectively reduces wind chill, making the Hoodie Lite a practical alternative to a classic cotton hoodie. A water-repellent finish further limits moisture absorption during light rain, improves dirt resistance, and facilitates jacket care, ensuring its properties are maintained long-term.
The hoodie version is more geared towards outdoor and urban activities: it features a hood and a 2/3 anorak-style front zipper, which seals the front better and improves protection against wind and heat loss. At the same time, it has no hook-and-loop fasteners on the sleeves, which emphasizes its inconspicuous, civilian look. Low weight and excellent compressibility make it easy to pack as an additional layer in a backpack, while durable YKK® zippers ensure reliable, long-lasting closure.
