The pinnacle of tactical trousers

Created for the urban jungle, Urban Tactical Pants (UTP) have become a classic piece of tactical apparel. When they were launched, they were a novelty in the industry and quickly conquered the market. Today, UTPs are among the most popular and favourite tactical trousers and enjoy a well-deserved, lasting popularity. Their thoughtful design, twelve pockets, suitable material, and the perfect balance between comfort and durability make UTP trousers stand out.

Everything in its place: the pockets

The pockets’ arrangement in the trousers is designed to combine the practical aspects of tactical clothing with a discreet appearance. This means that they do not look like typical combat trousers, even though they retain all their functions. UTPs have a total of twelve pockets. Two standard front pockets with reinforced edges can hold a flashlight or a knife clip. Four thigh pockets offer different closures: two with zippers and two with hook and loop fasteners under the flaps (which can fit an AK/AR magazine). Additionally, there are four back pockets: two wide ones and two narrower ones each for smaller items. UTPs also feature two hidden internal pockets, suitable for pistol magazines.

Comfort and durability: the material

Tactical trousers must be both comfortable and durable. Therefore, UTPs are made of PoliCotton RipStop fabric, consisting of 48% cotton, 50% polyester, and 2% elastane. The blend of cotton and polyester results in a relatively lightweight, quick-drying, durable, and wear-resistant fabric. A slight addition of elastane makes the material stretchy, which is crucial for tactical trousers. Durable clothing is often stiff and uncomfortable, while flexible and lightweight apparel tends to wear out quickly. Tactical trousers combine the strengths of solid military clothing with the comfort and aesthetics of modern civilian clothing.

The perfect pair

Urban operations require readiness for various situations, which necessitates versatile clothing. Numerous pockets and durable, comfortable materials are not all that UTPs offer. They feature several small amenities for user comfort. Instead of a traditional button, there is a wide hook and loop fastener, allowing for waist adjustment by approximately 6 cm. Furthermore, the back of the waistband has an elastic band, ensuring flexibility and easy fit adjustment.

The belt loops accommodate belts up to approximately 50 mm wide (e.g., a tactical Cobra belt or Urban Tactical Belt). Additionally, two front loops have flat hooks for attaching a carabiner, keyring, or ID retractor. The trousers also include compartments for knee pads. The functionality of UTPs is extensive, and each year they are appreciated by more users who test them in the urban jungle and beyond.
